Employee/Authorized Personnel Parking

All associates who wish to secure a regular car parking lot in CapitaSpring can reach out to the Property Manager of the building. This will be allocated on first come first serve basis.

Badge Request

To request a replacement badge or to report a lost or stolen badge, contact your Office Manager immediately.

Guest Registration and Wi-fi Access

All visitors must be authorized by a manager or above prior to entering the facility. All visitors to PGIM must register with concierge in CapitaSpring building. Visitors are required to present a photo ID & Cellphone number for the registration process. The visitor will be provided with a QR code for entry and exit at the turnstiles. The associate they are visiting will be notified by PGIM Reception and all visitors must be escorted at all times by the associate.

Guest Wi-Fi Access:

If the guest requires Wi-fi access during their visit, they can ask a PGIM Admin or IT once they arrive.

Health Services (non-emergency)

Raffles Medical Clinic located at #01-02A Singapore Land Tower, is available should you require non-emergency medical attention.

Safety and Security Awareness Programs

Now is a great time to catch up on training! Available in Workday Learning is Global Security’s awareness training material and videos. Please note that some links require connectivity to the Prudential network. Course material and videos take the form of a graphic novel themed/game-inspired learning experience. The training materials offered in the courses include:Introduction and Security Awareness Training   

Special Event Security Requests

All visitors with heavy equipment or large packages entering PGIM must obtain pre-approval from CapitaSpring. They must submit the Permit to Work PTW via the Adroit Platform. Approval will be granted within 2-3 working days.
