Heading into a Prudential office? Welcome!

For a seamless experience, review the information on this page prior to visiting an office and be sure to speak with your manager about your specific Employee Work Arrangement (EWA).

Before your first visit to the office:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the current threat levels and safety protocols for your location, which includes guidance on physical distancing and mask requirements.
  2. Familiarize yourself with new technology available in the workplace as well as how to set up your individual workstations.
  3. Submit your vaccine status: Although as of June 6, 2022 vaccination is not required for access, employees can update their vaccine status at http://vax.prudential.com and are encouraged to submit their booster information.

For each time you visit the office:

  1. Ensure it's appropriate for you to come to the office:
    • Do not enter if in the last 7 days: You had COVID or COVID symptoms or you were exposed to someone with COVID.
    • Confirm you can enter if you have travelled internationally (or have been on a cruise ship) in the last 10 days.
    • If you are unsure, the Health Questionnaire can help confirm you can enter.
  2. Reserve a workstation: Use the free addressing reservation system to reserve a space, unless you have a permanently assigned seat. It is recommended that you make your workspace reservation by 4:00pm ET the day prior. This guide to the reservation system provides information on the process and etiquette. If applicable, PGIM employees should use the iReserve system.
  3. Bring your equipment and Pru ID badge: Bring your laptop, power cord and Prudential ID badge with you to the office each visit. You will also receive a mouse and earbuds in your Welcome Kit (located in your floor's pantry area) on your first day. You may bring other personal equipment as needed, or rent available equipment from the new technology kiosks.

Workplace Threat Management

Workplace Violence is any conduct that is sufficiently severe, offensive or intimidating to cause an employee to reasonably fear for their personal safety or the safety of their family, friends, co-workers and property. Recognize and report behaviors of concern observed in the workplace. We can all help each other create a safer work environment.
